Who Qualifies for Home Health

• Under the care of an MD, DO, or DPM.
• Has a medical need for the skilled services of a nurse, physical therapist, or speech therapist.

• Subsequently, needs the assistance of a medical device or another person to safely travel away from home. Trips are, therefore, infrequent and short. People can be temporarily homebound due to a medical condition and still qualify.
